1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the 09bet platform and its users. By accessing the platform, creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

2 Account Registration

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on 09bet can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Before depositing, please ensure that your account has been fully verified.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

Winnings can be withdrawn via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. However, to withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met — the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. That means a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳30,000 in bets.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be used within the specified time limit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonuses may be cancelled if their terms are breached.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or betting markets.
• 09bet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if an unusual betting pattern is detected.

5.3 VIP Program and Cashback

09bet's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cashback is provided at each level based on weekly net losses — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold and 1.5% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated on weekly net losses.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Specific rules must be followed when betting and playing games on 09bet. These rules are in place to protect every user's right to fair play.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

A bet that has been confirmed cannot generally be cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled or undergoes a major change, the stake may be refunded. Winnings will remain pending until the event result has been approved.

6.2 Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply. Odds may change up until the event starts and this is a normal part of market processes.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical fault occurs in any game, 09bet reserves the right to void the affected round. In such circumstances, the relevant stake will be refunded in full.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 09bet platform. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation as well as any necessary legal action.

• Operating more than one account under the same person.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to meet bonus requirements through strategic manipulation.
• Using any fraudulent or deceptive method.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.2 User Rights

Users may also request account closure at any time. It is recommended that all pending bets be settled and any valid balance be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

09bet strives to ensure the highest quality of service through the platform. However, in certain situations our liability is legally defined.

9.1 Service Disruption

09bet will not be directly liable for service disruptions caused by technical maintenance, internet issues or unforeseen events. However, in such situations an effort will be made to refund the stakes of affected bets.

9.2 Third-Party Services

09bet's platform includes third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and others. The relevant game provider is itself responsible for any technical issues with those games.

9.3 Personal Losses
